A Good Egg was hatched from a love of street food and the quest to find the perfect scotch egg.
What started out as a bit of a fun, led to a real passion and wonder about how they managed to get that runny yolk and crispy coating, so I thought the only way to find out was to make my own.
After a while I started to make them for family and work colleagues and it appeared I was on to something as I was continually told… you should sell these!
So here I am.
We can usually be found selling our wares at a number of farmers markets, farm shops and delis, around Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.
We are also available to cater for all kinds of events, you name the venue, we’ll bring the scotch eggs.
